But that's kind of we're trying to change the tune and set the bar a little higher of what to expect from elected officials and what this dialogue actually looks like and how do you teach people to engage themselves. I understood where this was going. But when people make decisions for your city and they aren't actually living there or experiencing it themselves, it doesn't always execute in the best intention and the best way and so that massive flower box outside of my coffee shop turned into like a giant ashtray and smoke kept blowing into the coffee shop. They can buy a house for $70,000, fix it up, and still pay a fraction of what they would have for a brand-new house elsewhere.
